Опис вакансії
Our UAE-based real estate agency, headed by an experienced manager with over a decade of experience, is actively expanding its operations. Our primary objective is to establish a robust sales market in Azerbaijan, offering our clients a unique and personalized approach to selecting properties in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s brand through various marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and PR.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance sales and attract new clients.
- Analyze and optimize marketing processes, including data analysis, market research, and trend identification.
- Participate in the development of new products and services, ensuring they meet marketing needs and client requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Willingness to actively participate in the project.
- Proficient in digital marketing, with a focus on client acquisition through websites, contextual advertising, and YouTube.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using marketing tools such as analytics, SEO, content marketing, and social networks.
- Committed to self-development and actively participating in professional conferences and seminars.
Personal Qualities:
- Proactive and energetic.
- Responsible, open, and independent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Clear understanding of the company’s strategy and ability to achieve set goals.
Work Conditions:
- Remote work aligned with GMT+2 time zone.
- Full-time position from 10:00 to 19:00 (with lunch), with weekends off.
- Salary: $1,000 to $1,200 with the possibility of future revision.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- A laptop, phone, and internet will be provided. Necessary paid resources for work will be supplied as needed.
