Умови роботи: From 10 am to 7 pm USA time
Job Details
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Inputting financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining accurate records of financial activities such as invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Assisting with invoicing clients, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable. This might involve following up on overdue payments and reconciling discrepancies. Similarly, managing accounts payable involves processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- Bank Reconciliation: Assisting with reconciling bank statements to the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Expense Reporting: Helping employees with expense reporting procedures, reviewing expense reports for compliance with company policies, and processing reimbursements.
- Assisting with Financial Reporting: Providing support in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
- Assisting with Audits: Supporting the audit process by gathering and organizing financial data, preparing schedules and documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
- General Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, responding to inquiries, and other tasks as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive financial information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
