We are an innovative iGaming company offering a unique set of Sports Betting and iGaming products and solutions.

Our goal is to reach a new level and form a team of specialists to implement our projects. Cooperation with us is a great opportunity for professional growth and development in the iGaming niche.

What will you do:

Provide support to the customers to identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools (calls, chats);
Creating a friendly environment when dealing with clients;
Communicating with customers following a customer-oriented approach in resolving issues and ensuring customers' satisfaction.

Flexible working hours (2 days per 2 days, working hours 08:00—20:00, 20:00—08:00 on Kyiv time).

What is important to us:

6+ months of relevant experience in IGaming.
Excellent/native Turkish language level.
Intermediate + English language level.
Strong social, self-organization, and communicative skills.

Ability to work with a large amount of information.
Good PC skills.
