Are you ready to join an expanding team in an American ventilation and air conditioning contracting company? We are currently seeking an Assistant Director who is proficient in English to handle various operational matters within the company and assist the management in diverse tasks.
Now, let’s delve into the exciting responsibilities ahead:
- Managing Incoming Correspondence: You will be responsible for handling incoming emails efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate actions.
- Secondary Point of Contact for Calls: While not the primary contact, you will handle incoming calls, providing assistance and redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Document Management: This includes completing forms for obtaining construction permits, preparing tender applications, updating licenses and insurance, managing expenses with regular updates to management, and overseeing select marketing initiatives such as contractor sourcing, product orders, or business card procurement.
- Monitoring Commercial Proposal Requests: Keeping track of incoming requests for commercial proposals from the company, and ensuring their timely completion.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assisting in the search for candidates to fill current job vacancies within the company.
- Outbound Communication: Making outgoing calls as required, addressing various needs.
