CUUB is a global creative content studio. Our team focuses on producing digital assets for promoting projects in the domains of luxury residential, real estate, commercial, and cultural properties. We currently have an office in Dnipro and over 40 employees. For over 6 years, we have been working with top architects, designers, developers and marketing agencies around the world, in the markets of Australia, the USA and Europe.

CUUB is carently looking for Project Manager/Account to make our team stronger. We are on the way if you:

Must have hard skills:

Project Planning and Development;
Budgeting;
Risk Management;
Quality Management;
Contract Management and Procurement;
Scheduling;
Task Management;
Use of Project Management Tools (CRM, Dashboards, QuickBooks, etc.);
Reporting;
Performance Tracking.

Your tasks will be:

As a Project Manager:

Initiation (understand project goals and objectives; identify stakeholders and understand their interests and influence, etc)
Planning (define the project scope and develop a detailed work breakdown structure; plan the schedule, including setting milestones and determining project timeline; estimate project costs and set the budget, etc)
Execution (coordinate and manage the project team; ensure deliverables are produced as planned; etc)
Monitoring and Control (track project performance against the project plan, etc.)
Closing (ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by the stakeholder or client; etc.).

As an Account:

Client Relationships (build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; understand client needs and tailor solutions to those needs; etc.)
Sales and Growth (identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts to maximize sales, etc.)
Account Planning (develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders, etc).
