    We are a Canadian company specializing in the production and sales of best-selling products in the «Sports & Outdoors» category in the North American and European markets (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart).

    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing international team with opportunities for personal development and professional growth.

    Vocational training and mentoring!

    Main Requirements:

    • English (Pre Intermediate);
    • Analytical Skills;
    • Excel, Google Docs (Experienced User);
    • You have experience as an operational assistant, administrative assistant, office manager, or technical support assistant.
    • It will be a plus if you have a law degree or experience with documents and an understanding of the law.

    Responsibilities:

    Solving administrative tasks for example such as:

    • Help with account registration;
    • Trademark Registration Assistance;
    • Assistance in registration of payment systems;
    • VAT-numbers registration assistance in Europe;
    • Drafting license agreements based on templates;
    • Communication with technical support of various services;
    • Search and analysis of the necessary information;

    We provided an abbreviated example of the tasks that you may encounter in the process of work.

    Detailed instructions and advice from the manager will be provided with all tasks.
