Brand manager

«Bayadera Logistics» ELIT company is an importer and distributor of elite alcoholic beverages, is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of Diageo, Moet-Hennesy, Jagermeister, represents alcoholic beverages Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Glenmorangie, Moёt & Chandon, Cointreau, Metaxa and many others others, looking for a team- Brand manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Brand-marketing strategies development.
• Annual Brand Plans preparation and update.
• Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate.
• Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitor implementation.
• Full A&P Budget responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
• Sales analysis with the issuing of recommendations according to the situation Influence the sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
• Analysis of market researches and adaptation of existing activities and strategies according to the results.
• Competitors analysis.
• POS materials development.
• Reporting on all the activities carried out.
• Permanent control of products stocks and participating in the procurement planning.
• Management and development of direct reports.

Candidate requirements:

• University/master degree ideally in marketing.
• 5 years' experience in consumer marketing including substantial time in a market.
• Strong line management/people management experience.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Multitasking.
• Strong project manager skills.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of trends in digital, music, events, culture, innovations and young consumers' needs.
