ETERNA LAW is a European full-cycle law firm. We are dynamic, client-oriented and solution-focused firm with a team of energetic young professionals that provide concise and practical legal advice.
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Associate to join ourInternational Litigation Department.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participating in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
- Analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
- Conducting legal research;
- Reviewing/preparing/updating legal documents;
- Participating in project negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in law is a must;
- Work/internship experience in reputable local or international law firm;
- Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 1 year) on the wide variety of issues;
- Good knowledge of procedural law;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
- Admission to the Ukrainian Bar is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good team player;
- Independent decision-making;
- Attentive to details.
