Job Description:

As a Corporate Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing training strategies that support both new hires and existing employees. You will work closely with department heads to create customized training solutions that meet the specific needs of different functional areas within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs and develop programs aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Design and deliver educational courses, including creating lecture notes, presentations, and video content.
• Collaborate with various department heads such as Customer Service, HR, Sales, and Finance to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training activities, from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Enhance employee skills and knowledge through structured educational pathways.
• Utilize and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating structured training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a collaborative team environment.

Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm (EST)/ 15:00 — 23:00 (Kyiv time).

Trial Period:
