    Position Summary:

    As a IP Partner at World Center of Baby, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients all over the world. You will provide professional advice on our comprehensive range of reproductive medicine services. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in the various markets while working remotely.

    Responsibilities:
    • Consulting potential customers regarding the company’s services.
    • Negotiating and establishing partnerships with customers.
    • Providing information on all stages of the provision of services by our company, including legal and medical aspects.
    • Assistance in organizing meetings and visits to our clinic.
    • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving their issues.
    • Support in the development of the client base and the search for new opportunities for business development.

    Requirements:
    • Experience in sales and/or customer service will be an advantage.
    • Languages: German or French — fluent; English — advanced;
    • Ability to speak clearly and effectively, and have negotiation skills.
    • The ability to collaborate in a team and interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
    • Ethical approach and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
