Business assistant (E-commerce)

About the Company:

An entrepreneur with 13 years of sales experience and 5 years on Amazon has successfully launched 5 brands with a total turnover of €500,000 last year. The project focuses on selling products on Amazon UK in the niche of men’s supplements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health of the Amazon account.
• Manage email communication from Amazon and engage with customers.
• Handle negative reviews and resolve issues with Amazon.
• Track listing rankings and adjust prices based on inventory levels.
• Create vouchers and manage individual advertising campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and organize shipments to Amazon’s warehouse.
• Order packaging materials.
• Prepare monthly reports on Amazon activities in Excel format.
• Analyze expenditure and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Experience as an assistant or business assistant is beneficial.
• Proficient in using a computer, with knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Excel.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work thoughtfully and quickly with information.
• Proficient in English at a B1 level, possibly A2, with team support available if needed.
• Experience with task management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello).

Personal Qualities:

• Structured, open, and honest.
• Results-oriented.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position with working hours from 09:00 to 19:00 Riga time, weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• Salary ranging from $550 to $1,000, with potential for financial growth after the probation period.
• 1-month probation period.
• Fully remote work (GMT+2).
• The company provides a laptop, phone, and necessary paid resources for work.
