📞 Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Warm & Cold Calling | Remote | Commission-Based

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative to join our team. Your role will be focused on initiating conversations with both warm and cold leads, nurturing relationships, and booking qualified appointments into our closer’s calendar.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Call warm leads generated through our advertising campaigns to qualify and schedule calls with our sales closer.

Source and reach out to cold prospects, introducing them to our offer and nurturing them into sales-qualified leads.

Maintain clear records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and high conversion rates.

🔹 Compensation:

5% commission on the first sale of every booked and closed deal.
