Finance Manager, Accountant

We’re looking for a proactive and sharp Finance Manager with a solid understanding of Accounting. Who not only handles numbers confidently but is also eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Knowledge of VAT legislation (export/import).
• Strong practical knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to LLCs, primary documentation, foreign economic activity (export/import), and transactions with non-residents.
• Experience in preparing and submitting reports for LLCs and FOPs, including contracts and service acceptance certificates.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., 1C, BAF).
• Confident user of M.E.Doc, Vchasno, and Google Sheets/Docs.
• English language skills at a level that enables reading financial documentation and writing professional messages/emails.
• Foreign economic activity (FEA) reporting: currency control, invoices, service acceptance certificates, and contracts with foreign clients/partners.
• Experience working with international financial institutions (Payoneer, Wise, etc.)

Will be a plus:

• Finance-related certifications or completed courses (e.g., budgeting, financial analysis, taxation) will be an advantage.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
