  🕒 Monday to Friday, 3 PM-1 AM (Kyiv time)

  🏢 In-office: 3 PM-10 PM

  🏠 Remote: 10 PM-1 AM

📌What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicate with customers via chat and phone regarding cargo shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
• Update and maintain CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales experience (experience in European logistics is a plus).
• English proficiency: B2-C1 level (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet, CRM tools).
