Send us your CV if you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Background in exporting FMCG products.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Experience in logistics and contracts (preferred).
  • Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms (preferred).
  • Higher education (Economics, International Relations, Logistics, etc.).
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage daily operations to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Plan and lead the entry into new markets and regions.
  • Personally handle key strategic accounts and major sales.
  • Approve commercial proposals sent to clients.
  • Ensure a clear functional structure within the sales team and support them in reaching targets.
  • Analyze and segment the customer database; resolve client-manager conflicts.
  • Oversee task execution and performance within the sales department.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of CRM/IT systems.
  • Maintain full control over incoming leads and their conversion into orders.
  • Monitor the carrier selection process and negotiate freight rates.
  • Keep track of supplier markets and quickly find alternatives when needed.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports to senior management.
