Опис вакансії

We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to join the Back Office team of Meest USA in Ukraine. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our key agents by ensuring seamless communication with the IT department to resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as then primary point of contact for key agents, addressing technical and operational concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between agents and the IT department for efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitor and track reported technical problems, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide agents with basic troubleshooting guidance before escalating to IT.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company systems and technology to offer proactive support.
  • Assist in training agents on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Generate reports on recurring technical and operational issues to improve processes.
  • Opportunity to work on a schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years in account management, technical support, and or customer service roles.
  • At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Familiarity with IT systems, troubleshooting processes, and technical issue resolution.
  • Strong ability to relay technical information clearly between the team, agents and IT teams.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize issues for efficient resolutions.
  • Experience with tracking and documenting support concerns.
