Alcor is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.

Our clients: People.aі, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.

We are looking for a  proactive Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for communication with prospects and pre-sales operations.

As part of the Marketing & Sales team, your main goal will be  to  qualify and nurture leads to SQL, support the sales team with operations, and manage outbound channels. By joining us, you will have a chance to  directly impact the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and qualifying potential leads (processing incoming requests).
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline (scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, preparing presentations & supporting materials for sales calls, following up  on  leads).
  • Supporting the development and implementation of outbound outreach strategy.
  • Use CRM to  manage leads and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to  align prospecting strategies with the company’s business objectives.
  • Be  able to  act as  a  consultant to  represent expertise & set up  sales pitch desk whenever necessary.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of  experience in  SDR position or  other sales/pre-sales roles.
  • Experience in generating and qualifying B2B leads in international markets.
  • Fluent/Advanced level of  written and spoken English.
  • Confident user of CRM systems.
  • Result-oriented and focused on  continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to  establish business relationships.
  • Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach.
