Join SkyUp as E — commerce Manager.

In this role you will be:

• Driving the E-commerce strategy and ensuring its effective execution to boost sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

• Managing daily e-commerce operations and continuously improving the user journey from booking to post-purchase.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, IT) to optimize pricing, promotions, and ancillary upsells.

• Leading key e-commerce projects and implementing UX/UI enhancements to improve conversion rates.

• Using data, analytics, and customer insights to guide decision-making and performance optimization.

• Overseeing online merchandising and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling throughout the booking flow.

We expect from you:

• Proven experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead complex projects across multiple countries and work well under pressure.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• A results-driven, reliable, and proactive mindset with a touch of creativity and innovation.

• Solid project and time management abilities to ensure goals are met.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
