Position: Remote Sales Agent

English: C1 or C2

Salary: 20,000 UAH/month + commission

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 9:00 AM Chicago Time

Location: Remote (work from home)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through proactive outreach, including cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Accurately record customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 9:00 AM Chicago Time.
