Email Marketing Manager

We’re a fast-growing marketing company in the iGaming sector looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager.

If you’re passionate about gaming and skilled in data-driven marketing, we’d love to have you on our team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and execute email campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and conversions;
• Optimize email segmentation, automation workflows, and personalized messaging;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4 or Looker Studio, implementing data-driven improvements;
• Ensure high email deliverability through effective domain management and best practices;
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to align email strategies with company goals;
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and industry innovations.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Retention Marketing;
• Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Customer io, HubSpot) and segmentation strategies;
• Strong copywriting skills to create compelling, audience-specific content;
• Expertise in A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and performance tracking;
• Analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools;
• Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, and Postmaster tools;
• Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations;
• English proficiency (B1 or higher);
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus but not required.
