    Assistant Project Manager (Part-time, Remote)

    About the Company:

    We are a dynamic startup poised to revolutionize the electric vehicle landscape by establishing an extensive network of charging stations across the UAE. Our mission is to enhance the infrastructure for eco-friendly transport and to launch projects that complement our core operations.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented Business/Personal Assistant to support our Operations Manager and project lead. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to be on call even during non-working hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the executive’s calendars.
    • Organizing business trips (booking tickets, hotels, logistics).
    • Coordinating meetings and communication among participants.
    • Monitoring task execution and taking meeting minutes.
    • Working with and assisting in the implementation of the CRM Power Drive system.
    • Processing personal and business payments and controlling financial operations.
    • Performing basic accounting tasks: recording and documenting all expenses.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in a similar role for at least 6 months (preferably 1 year).
    • Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level or higher is essential). The primary communication language with the Operations Manager will be Russian, while communication within the company and with colleagues in the UAE office will be in English.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using Google/Outlook calendars, Zoom, Trello/Notion/CRM.
    • Basic understanding of accounting and document management.
    • Attention to detail, independence, and strong prioritization skills.
    • Higher education (preferably in a relevant field).
    • Gender: Female.
    • Nationality: Irrelevant.
    • Personal qualities: Energetic, autonomous, proactive, willing to learn, not afraid of complex tasks, able to find information, independent, driven, and sharp-minded.

    Work Conditions:

    • Location: Remote.
    • Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours.
    • Compensation: $500-$700 per month. KPIs and bonuses are not currently provided.
    • Trial Period: 1 month.
    • Benefits: Sick leave and vacation days are provided in accordance with UAE legislation. Vacation arrangements are flexible and can be discussed. Public holidays follow the UAE calendar. Official employment is not currently offered but may be considered in the future. There is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time format with increased workload.
    • Equipment: You will need your own laptop and phone initially; company-provided equipment may be available later if needed.
