Billing, Operations Assistant (Evening Shift)

Description:

We are seeking a highly meticulous and reliable Billing and Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day financial and logistics operations. This is a full-time remote position with evening working hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working with ERPs, accounting software, and shipping processes.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data across finance and logistics systems
• Receiving and processing purchase orders or quotes from customers or vendors, ensuring all required information is present
• Accurately entering order details into the company’s system, including customer information, product details, pricing, shipping and billing addresses, and any other relevant data
• Verifying the accuracy of order information through communication with customers or vendors, resolving discrepancies or errors
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of purchase orders, quotes, and related documents
• Communicating with customers, vendors, or internal teams regarding order status, discrepancies, or other related issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review and verify data to ensure high accuracy and compliance
• Help optimize and document operational workflows
