Event manager for Worldwide Conference

International Conference Conversion Conf is looking for event manager to event department with a Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position to manage events processes and lead our client’s team with a «can-do» attitude.

Умови роботи:

• full time from 9.30 am till 6.30 pm remotely (by Ukrainian time)

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (MUST HAVE) and another European Language!
• Leadership skills;
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Gdrive)
• Outgoing personality and smart appearance
• Able to work flexible hours
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position

You would be responsible for:

• management of outsource contractors: setting tasks, coordinating with the work of the company’s team, managing the workflow as needed;
• participation in conferences (communication with partners, collection of contacts), presence, management and quality control of the provision of services at company events;
• processing event registration data, sending invitations and coordinating event guests; budgeting the costs of projects and activities in social networks
• All event organizers responsibilities !
• issuing invoices and contracts to outsource contractors.
