The main responsibilities:

Strategic HR organizational development

Strategic HR Development:

Implement and maintain Scania’s global HR-processes
Implement global HR Tools
Support the organisations work to attract, recruit and retain dedicated and competent people in a systematic way
Contribute to and at Employer Branding activities

HR Administration and Support:

Manage HR compliance:

Ensure compliance of HR legislations, Scania policies, safety regulations, BU policies, collective agreements and guidelines as well as labour relations

Manage the HR team:

Lead, motivate and manage the team in order to delivering high-quality and timely service to the organization

Health & Safety development:

Coordinate work on Health and Safety direction
Ensure and support implementation of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work

Candidate requirements:

Higher education in HR area
Relevant business knowledge and 5+ experience in a similar role
Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B industry
