At least three years of work expecience. Experience in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results: sales, audience growth, conversions increase, etc
It would be great if a candidate had experience in green energy industries (solar, wind electricity generation, etc.)
Being able to sell B2B and B2C products Good managerial and leadership skills Well-developed strategic thinking Ability to build successful business communications within the company and in the external environment Initiative and proactive Willingness to multitask etc. Advanced English level both verbal and written

Development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy
Development and coordination of advertising campaigns
Organization of effective work of the marketing and advertising department
Development, implementation and control of activities aimed at increasing sales and recognition
Analysis of the company’s positioning in the market, the company’s product, industry monitoring, competitors' activities
Analysis of the target audience of the company and the choice of methods, methods of influencing it
Study of supply and demand for the company’s products
Development of a company’s advertising policy, preparation and approval of an advertising budget based on it
Organization of promotional events in accordance with the marketing strategy of the company
Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities
