People wearing our clothes can already be found in nearly 40 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia, and this number is still growing.
We manage a network of more than 20000 stores, and create jobs for over 40,000 employees in our offices and sales structures
Currently we are looking for:
Regional Sales Manager (Sinsay)
Location: VINNYTSIA, TERNOPIL, KHMELNYTSKYI
Main Responsibilities:
- Close work with stores in area of responsibility
- Operational support and development of the stores
- Managing, motivating and developing team of Store Managers
- Training and development of stores` staff
- Achieving KPIs of region & Ukraine
- Monitoring the market, providing initiatives
- On the role we appreciate
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience on regional positions (B2C)
- Experience in managing & developing people
- Understanding of Store operations
- KPIs understanding
- English language — B1+ (must have)
- Ability for frequent business trips
- Driving license B category, readiness to obtain it ASAP
