ArtPix 3D is a leading product company specializing in developing its own software solutions for ERP systems and e-Commerce projects.
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented QuickBooks Accountant to join our team.
As a QuickBooks Accountant, you will:
- Organize company accounts to ensure that they are consistent with business purposes and US accounting rules in QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and other reports using accounting software such as Quickbooks (day-to-day).
- Manage the document workflow within the company.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely closure of the period in QuickBooks Online.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of workflow processes.
- Provide support to the company’s management and other departments on financial matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of cash management.
- 3+ years of practical experience as an accountant.
- 3+ years of QuickBooks Online Advanced experience, with a comprehensive understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- English (C1-C2), particularly in the context of bookkeeping documentation and written correspondence with customers and vendors.
- Have keen attention to detail for accurate and error-free data entry.
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must be comfortable working in an expanding business with a high volume of transactions.
As a plus:
- 2 years of B2C ecommerce accounting.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
