Опис вакансії
Fairmount Global Freight is a growing carrier company moving freight throughout the United States and Canada, that provides Expedited Trucking Services.
We are not looking for experienced specialists, we need a person who is able to learn and work for result! Joining us you will be able to earn a decent salary while working in Ukraine, communicate with native speakers and master a profession in logistics!
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- English — B1 or higher (it is a MUST)
- You are okay with the schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00
- Experience working with CRM/TMS systems
- You have strong verbal communication, decision-making, negotiation and time-management skills
- Good organisation of work-flow and ability to set priorities
Preferred:
- Prior experience working as an HR/Recruiter/Sales manager
- Experience working with native English speakers
Responsibilities:
- Interview and hire drivers
- Accompanying and supporting drivers, resolving conflicts
- Request, gather and check all necessary paperwork
- Keep all documents compliant and up-to-date
- Surf net to find and analyse new sources of leads
- Post adds and contact new applicants
- Problem-solving and human touch
