    We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager

    Nerd studio, a leading web development studio known for its creativity and innovative digital solutions, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to expand our market presence and revenue streams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold emailing, online marketing).
    • Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships to secure new projects and revenue opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
    • Contribute to the overall marketing and branding efforts of the studio.
    • Work collaboratively with the development team to understand project capabilities and timelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in English (B2+).

    Bonus Points:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
    • Deep understanding of the web development landscape and current trends.
    • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, German, or any other language would be considered as a significant asset.
    • Experience working with CRM, such as HubSpot, would be considered a strong advantage.
