Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

As we are a small startup, you are expected to act as a jack-of-all-trades in the business development area. You won’t have a team during the first months, but will fill most required roles yourself, learn the required specifics and drive business.

You will report to and closely collaborate with the founder-CEO.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive sales for a 10-house development in Lviv
• Meet prospect clients for viewings and (if required) build upgrade packages catering to their specific necessities
• Develop our brand in Cyprus from zero
• Analyze the Cypriot real estate market to help us establish a strong niche position, maximizing the impact of our unique strengths
• Participate in the plot sourcing process for new developments
• Create marketing materials (digital and print) in collaboration with external contractors

Working Conditions:

85% of the work can be done remotely from anywhere, however, occasional business trips to Cyprus are required.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications or a related field
• Proven experience and demonstrable achievements in Business Development, ideally in the Real Estate sector
• Willing to do a lot of hard groundwork in order to grow together
• Strong in both creating a strategy as well as bringing it into execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communicator
• English B2 level or better
• German language knowledge would be a plus
