Digital Marketing Specialist (In-House Focus, Growth-Oriented Role)

We are a digital agency specializing in paid advertising and SEO. Right now, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial digital marketer who will focus first and foremost on promoting our own agency.

What does that mean?

You will work directly with the agency founder to:

• Strategically package our services and turn them into well-defined products

• Clearly identify and document our target audience and market segments

• Build and refine our sales funnel step by step

• Develop a positioning and communication strategy that reflects our strengths

• Help us launch campaigns that generate leads and convert them into clients

This is not a typical «just do the tasks» role. We’re looking for someone with ownership mentality, someone who will think about this agency and these services as if they were their own.

What we expect from you:

• Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels

• Hands-on experience with positioning, offer creation, and performance marketing

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and iterate quickly

• Curiosity, drive, and a proactive mindset
