Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
Business Development Strategy:
- Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies, including marketing channels, lead generation, and sales operations.
- Identify and explore new opportunities on outsourcing marketplaces like Upwork and others.
Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Set and monitor KPIs, driving the team to exceed sales and revenue targets.
Sales Execution and CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to streamline sales tasks and monitor performance.
- Implement and continuously improve Sales Development SOPs to enhance efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with senior leadership, marketing, and customer service teams to align sales processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the outsourcing or customer service industry.
- Demonstrated success in working with platforms like Upwork and other outsourcing marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing B2B services, including customer support, back-office operations, or IT solutions.
- Track record of managing and developing Sales Development Representatives.
- Expertise in prospecting through cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (German, French, Chinese, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
Compensation:
- Base monthly pay: UAH 40,000−60,000 (based on qualifications).
- Additional very generous sales commissions, bonuses on targets, and other rewards.
