Job description

We’re a digital marketing agency looking to hire a Business Development Specialist to help us scale our outbound marketing, book meetings with qualified leads, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands B2B sales funnels, is confident with LinkedIn/email outreach, and has a knack for organizing tasks like hiring support and content coordination.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and email prospecting to book qualified calls with decision-makers

  • Use HubSpot CRM to organize contacts, track communication, and manage follow-ups

  • Execute and tweak outreach sequences for improved response and conversion rates

Social Media & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and publish weekly content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Maintain a consistent brand presence and tone across all platforms

Operational Support & Hiring

  • Assist with internal hiring: post jobs, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate interviews for the CEO

  • Maintain schedules, documentation, and reports related to recruitment and business growth

Content & Website Coordination

  • Order blog articles or landing page copy

  • Publish and maintain content via WordPress

  • Coordinate updates to the agency’s service pages and lead magnets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in B2B outreach, sales support, or lead generation

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Organized, independent, and results-driven

  • Bonus: Experience in social media posting, Canva, or working within a digital agency
