Required skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills
English level — upper intermediate or higher
Experience working with Upwork and related platforms
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with CRM
General understanding of design creating process

Responsibilities

Preparation of high-level documentation, requirements gathering
High-level negotiations
Communication with clients

Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the services
