International logistics company IMP Logistics Ukraine (logistics in the field of clinical research) considers candidates for the position of Logistics Specialist.

Requirements:

Higher education

Work experience in warehouse or Transport Logistics is desirable.

Experience in administrative or customer support is welcomed.

Experience in the pharmaceutical field will be an advantage

Work experience in 1C is desirable

Confident MS Office user

English Upper Intermediate and higher-is a must

Working conditions:

Official employment

Monday-Friday from 9: 00 to 18: 00 (office work)

Health insurance for an employee — from the first day, for children under 18 years of age and a spouse — after 3 months

Vacation 24 calendar days

Additional days off

Responsibilities:

Acceptance of incoming cargo to the database;

Processing of customer orders for shipment

Tracking delivery to the recipient

Processing returns

Preparation of reports on receipt, storage, shipment, return, etc.

Maintaining documentation on the client’s projects

Participation in inventory counts
