Logistics coordinator (Freight broker, USA, English)

🚛 WE ARE HIRING: FREIGHT BROKER / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are based in Odesa, Ukraine, and operate as an agency for one of the Top 15 U.S. logistics companies. We are currently looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Logistics coordinator (freight broker).

📍 Location: Arcadia, Odesa — Kadorr City Mall Business Center

🏢 Important: This is an in-office position. Unfortunately, working from home is not available.

🔹 Requirements

• Level of English B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people in English
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets
• Good stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in U.S. logistics is an advantage, but not required

🔹 Responsibilities

• Work as a Logistics coordinator (freight broker) in the U.S. freight market
• Communicate with our Sales Manager, who provides a list of available freight moves
• Handle incoming calls from dispatchers and truck drivers
• Negotiate rates for freight moves
• Check carrier paperwork and assign drivers to loads
• Monitor on-time pickup and delivery
• Keep customers updated throughout each stage of the freight move

💰 Compensation & Growth

• Fixed salary + percentage of loads moved
• Your percentage increases the longer you work with us — not simply because you take on more work, but because your experience and value to the company increase over time.

Typical monthly earnings of our freight brokers:

• 2nd-4th month: $1,000-$1,500
• 5th-12th month: $1,500-$2,500
• After 12 months: $2,500+

The amounts above include the fixed salary + percentage of loads moved.

• You are paid starting from your first day of training
