Freight broker, Logistics manager (USA, English)

We are based in Odesa, Ukraine and we are agency for one of Top 15 US Logistics companies. Now we are hiring for position of Logistics manager (Freight broker).

📍📍📍Please note: this is anin-office position (NOT remote).

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English
• Desire and ability to communicate with people in English
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Stress resistance
• Experience in USA Logistics is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Working as a Freight broker (Logistics manager) in the freight market of USA
• Communication by phone and email with American shippers, factories, dealers of equipment
• Communication with our Sales manager who will provide you with the list of available freight that needs to be moved
• Accepting of incoming calls from dispatchers and truck drivers
• Assigning drivers to loads
• Controlling of on time load’s pick and delivery

Working conditions:

• Fixed salary $500+ percentage of loads moved. Salary is paid to you starting 1st day of your training
• The longer you work, the higher your percentage becomes. This is not only because you take on more work, but also because your value to the company increase over time.
• Our brokers earn the following amounts (fixed salary+percentage): 1st month (trial month): $500; 2nd-4th month: $1000-$1500; 5th-12 month: $1500-$2500; after 12th month: more than $2500
• Modern office in Arcadia, Odesa (Kadorr City Mall Business Center).
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 14:30 — 23:00 (U.S. business hours).
• Taxi home provided after work.
• 2 weeks paid vacation per year.
• Days off on U.S. public holidays.
• Free coffee, tea, cookies in the office.
