Chief Engineer (food industry)

Description of duties:

• Supervising production.
• Identifying and addressing problems.
• Estimating costs and timelines.
• Designing processes, materials, tools and systems.
• Making improvements to existing processes, materials etc.
• Conducting research and applying new knowledge.
• Staying up to date with international engineering trends Implementing solutions and designs.
• Training other engineering personnel
• Focus on safety

Experience/qualifications required:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an engineering field
• Proven working experience in similar role
• Strong problem-solving, communication and listening skills.
• Experience in Project Management.
• PC literacy: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, 1C accounting software
• Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English
