Logistics Broker (Co-Brokering)

KEY Requirements:

• Experience in looking for freights (loads) on any USA Load boards is a MUST.
• Past Experiencing working at LANDSTAR dealing with Landstar BCOs and Brokers.
• Current Experience in Co-Brokering of Loads is a MUST.
• Please do NOT apply if you do not have Experience doing Co-Brokering.
• Good English communication skills (Upper — intermediate level of English as a must).
• Basic PC and different applications knowledge.
• Great communication skills and professional response to any stressful complication.
• Ability to negotiate and arrange best deals for our company.
• Work REMOTELY schedule Monday-Friday (from 2−3pm to 12PM −1 AM at night).
• The is COMMISSION ONLY from every Loads you book, we DO NOT PAY monthly salary!
• So Please do not apply asking for Monthly Salary payment. You get paid COMMISSION ON EVERY SINGLE LOADS YOU BOOK!!!

Responsibilities:

• Booking Loads with LANDSTAR BCOs (Owner Operators)
• Pre-Brooking / Co-Brokering of Freights (loads) in the USA Market
• Sourcing for Freight (loads)/ US Loads Independently.
• Pre-Booking of freights (loads)/ Selling of Freights to carriers (trucking companies).
• Planning, organizing and coordinating time and related information with drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Dispatching drivers.
• Tracking the booked loads at all steps to make sure it is Picked-up and Delivered.
• Providing our clients with the best customer service level.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers
• Updating brokers with status update, solving issues.
