Requirements for the candidate:

Please attach your CV to the chat. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. English level: C1. Availability for morning and evening hours.

Profound offers a minimum of 25 hours per week. We aim to find a balance between the students' needs and your schedule to make it comfortable for both sides.

Salary groups at Profound:

Apprentice (candidates who need additional training, English level B2+):

Solo classes: 200. Duo classes: 300.Group classes: 450.

Mid salary range (candidates who meet our requirements but do not have international certificates. This group is divided into two sections depending on the interview and trial class):

Solo classes: 250/300. Duo classes: 400/500. Group classes: 600/750.

High salary (candidates who meet our requirements, have solid experience, and possess international certificates like IELTS/TOEFL/CAE):

Solo classes: 350. Duo classes: 600. Group classes: 800.

Loyalty salary (candidates who meet our requirements, have solid experience, possess international certificates like IELTS/TOEFL/CAE, and have at least 1 year of cooperation):

Solo classes: 400. Duo classes: 700. Group classes: 900.

Additional notes:

Group classes are conducted for test preparation purposes. The candidate’s rate depends on their credentials.

Teachers cannot choose specific types of classes to conduct. Profound assigns lessons based on requests.

Support for teachers:

Each teacher will have a mentor responsible for their performance, education, methodology, schedule, and financial planning.

Teachers are responsible for conducting their classes.

Profound provides materials necessary for lessons, including free subscriptions to platforms like Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf, NatGeo, and Pearson. Additional resources are available from ESL Brains, Linguahouse, and ENGhub.

If teachers wish to implement platforms like Miro, Canva, or others, Profound covers 50% of the subscription cost.

Additional information:

Profound offers official cooperation and covers 50% of the taxes. Contracts are signed for 1 year.

Teachers can request unpaid vacation for 1 week per season. Fixed rates are reviewed every 6 months.

Fixed rates are reviewed after the IELTS exam, provided a score of at least 7.5 is achieved.

Profound offers free IELTS preparation and a refund for the test upon completion.
