Car hauler dispatcher, assistant (customer support)

Duties:

• Search for suitable cargo/freight;
• Communication with clients by phone (IP-telephony), chats, e-mail;
• route planning;
• solving current problems;
• Work from home (with the possibility of later moving to the office).

What we require:

• Customer Service background or understanding of the industry coped with the willingness to learn and develop;
• Above average level of English (Upper and higher);
• Quick internet, quiet and convenient workspace;
• Experience in working with CRM systems that involve tickets;
• Understanding of Customer Service courtesy and etiquette;
• High ethics of working remotely is a must.

Schedule from Monday to Friday 15: 00−24: 00. (Perhaps earlier, if all the work is done, it depends on the workload and the day of the week).
