Що треба робити?

Наші HRs проводять співбесіди з водіями згідно алгоритму інтерв'ю, -перевірятимуть їх дозвіли та документи,

• допоможуть водіям у використанні CRM-додатку,
• працюють з з базою даних

Ця посада можє відкрити для вас гарний кар'єрний розвиток у професії HR and Communication Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

English Level: Intermediate (B2), Spanish A2

• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken communication;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to remain resilient in stressful situations;
• Strong orientation towards achieving results.

The ideal candidate should be capable of establishing strong relationships with drivers, ensuring their positive experience and exceptional performance.
