🧑‍💻 QA Engineer Profile for the Vohha (TMS) Project

📌 Role Summary:

Middle/Senior QA Engineer

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of a distributed Transportation Management System (TMS) that includes a modern web interface (Vue 3/React), a backend built with NestJS and PostgreSQL, a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter), and advanced integrations with AI (OpenAI, LangChain), workflow automation (n8n), and SMS/voice systems (Twilio). This role requires a combination of manual and automated testing experience across web, backend, and mobile environments, with an interest or background in AI/LLM-based systems.

🔧 Technology Stack:

Frontend: Vue 3 (primary), React (partial)

Backend: NestJS + Prisma + PostgreSQL

Mobile: Flutter (iOS & Android)

Automation & Integrations: n8n, Twilio, OpenAI API, LangChain, Docker

CI/CD: GitHub Actions

✅ Key Requirements:

1. Web Testing (Vue 3 / React):

Experience with Cypress or Playwright for E2E testing

Familiarity with Jest, Vitest for unit and component testing

Strong understanding of modern SPA behavior, especially with Vue 3 <script setup>

Ability to validate UI/UX, reactivity, responsiveness, and design accuracy

2. Backend Testing (NestJS + PostgreSQL):

Confident in testing REST APIs via Postman, Swagger, or automated scripts

Capable of validating business logic, permissions, and edge cases

Able to run SQL queries and verify data consistency in PostgreSQL

3. Mobile Testing (Flutter):

Solid experience testing Flutter apps: UI, navigation, offline behavior, API integration

Familiar with Flutter DevTools, Charles Proxy, crash logs, and performance analysis

Experience testing builds on TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, or Google Play Console

Bonus: Familiarity with integration_test, flutter_test, or Flutter Driver

4. Automation, CI/CD, and QA Process:

Able to integrate tests into CI pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)

Comfortable working in Dockerized environments

Skilled in writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and bug reports

Active contributor to QA strategy, sprint planning, and release quality assurance

🧠 AI & LLM (Preferred Experience):

Experience testing integrations with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone)

Understanding of prompt-based logic, LLM behavior, failure scenarios, and fallback handling

Able to validate response relevance, context sensitivity, and consistency

Experience testing AI user flows such as chatbots, smart assistants, document analyzers, etc.

💡 Nice to Have:

Understanding of logistics workflows (TMS, dispatching, trip scheduling, safety/compliance)

Experience testing real-time flows (chats, check-in/out, SMS, notifications)

Ability to test cross-platform systems (web + mobile)

Basic English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with dev team
