Game Producer

We are a young team of charged people, ready to work for results.

We have a game dev team Creaty | 2D & 3D Game Development and Publishing Company, which develops its own games (casual, hyper-casual, simulators). The success of our games is obvious: the total download is over 10 million! But we will not stop developing, so we gladly accept Marketing Manager into our ranks.

So we are looking for a Game Producer.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in game production or related field
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of game development processes and industry trends
• Experience managing budgets and schedules
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets
• Manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Track project progress and ensure that development is on track and within budget
• Oversee the creation and implementation of project plans and strategies
• Facilitate communication between team members and departments
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
