Опис вакансії

Fineline Global is a rapidly growing world leader in the printed circuit board (PCB) trading industry. We offer comprehensive services ranging from the development of prototypes and PCB samples to production and delivery. We think globally and act locally, serving various market sectors, including medical, automotive, telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics worldwide.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process—from supplier shipment readiness to final delivery to the customer. You will play a key role in managing documentation, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Documentation: Manage, verify, and organize supplier documentation (invoices, packing lists, manifests).
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or delays in the logistics flow.
  • Purchase Order Support: Register and book orders in the system, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Shipment Documentation: Create and update shipping documents.
  • Delivery Tracking: Update and maintain tracking numbers and delivery schedules.
  • Issue Resolution: Support in resolving delivery issues and supplier-related discrepancies.
  • General Logistics Support: Provide continuous support for shipment updates and related activities.

Requirements:

  • Current residence in Ukraine;
  • Higher education or a fifth-year student (Bachelor's or Master’s degree) in logistics, economics, or business management;
  • Basic knowledge of logistics will be a plus;
  • Technical skills: familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly;
  • English level: at least Intermediate;
  • Client-oriented approach;
  • Organizational skills and reliability;
