Customer service representative

Smart Appliance Services is a company specializing in the repair of major residential appliances. We provide high-quality repair services for various appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, and other appliances.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible remote employee to coordinate customer service. Your work will include the following responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our services.
• Making outbound calls to customers for confirmation and scheduling of technician visits.
• Organizing work schedules and assigning tasks to technicians based on customer requests.
• Responding to inquiries and requests from technicians, providing necessary information, and assisting in problem-solving.
• Interacting with the owner to update them on the current work status.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
• Ability to quickly respond to customer and technician inquiries.
• Proficiency in computer and office software.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service
