Key Responsibilities:

● Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues reported by truck drivers and dispatchers during the day shift.

● Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems related to the fleet.

● Coordinate urgent repairs and roadside assistance by working with on-call technicians or external service providers.

● Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities in our maintenance management system.

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies for vehicle maintenance and repair.

● Assist with administrative tasks related to drivers and fleet operations as needed.

● Support the Fleet Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and long-term planning.

Required Qualifications:

● Fluency in English (spoken and written).

● Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages.

● Minimum 1 year of verified experience as a Fleet Manager Assistant or in a similar fleet support role.

● Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

● Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
