Sales, Customer Service Representative

We are a Professional Call Center based in the United States. We are looking to fill Remote Account/Sales Representatives position. Our company offers an opportunity for growth and COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION. We are based in the Untied States and we work with clients based in the Unites States, Canada and Untied Kingdom. Currently we are looking to primarily fill positions for clients based in the USA EST and Central Time Zones. Although we may also have UK and Canada positions open up. No cold calling of any kind. Hot/Warm Leads. We will train you and prepare you to be at your absolute best. Your success is our success. Your failure is our failure. We offer enormous growth potential. Training is Unpaid.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• A Positive Attitude.
• A Great Personality. An Ability to feel comfortable when speaking on the phone with a client.
• Advanced to Native Level of English Language of Fluency with little to no accent (British is acceptable).
• An Ability to speak confidently over the phone with wide range of clients.
• An Ability to manage a high quantity of outbound/inbound calls in a professional manner.
• An Ability to work productively with little to no supervision.
• An Ability to work with a computer, using basic computer software as well as Microsoft Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To prepare accurate quotes for customers looking for the services our clients offer.
• To be ready to answer customers questions.
• To responsibly maintain and fulfill a steadily busy calendar of appointments.
• To keep track of all incoming calls, e-mails and voice mails.
