Опис вакансії

Вимоги:

Knowledge of Microsoft office package including, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook;

awareness of the related Maritime legislation including STCW, MLC, SOLAS and Flag State Authority regulations;

Умови роботи:

Office in a good area 5 day work week from 10 to 18

Обов’язки:

ensuring that each vessel is manned with qualified, medically fit, and experienced seafarers;

arrange briefing, interviewing, screening and hiring processes for all seagoing personnel;

liaising with the other crewing departments for the recruitment of seafarers;

verification of application forms and previous employments records for each seagoing personnel prior to engagement;

assist in control/monitoring of documents and certificates of embarking seagoing personnel;
