Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Crew Manager. This role primarily involves office-based tasks and supporting our crew management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating crew deployments and assignments for our clients' vessels.
• Maintain accurate records of crew qualifications, certifications, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with the Crew Manager to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in crew management.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Prior experience in office administration or maritime industry is a plus but not required.
