You will:

Provide the best customer service in all interactions with customers
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
Manage all customer requests including emails, messages, calls (in English and Ukrainian) and comments in social media
Collect customers feedback and insights
Participate in the improvement shopping experience
Participate in the development loyalty program
Work with all other departments and production team

You have:

Proficient in written English (at least B2) and Ukrainian.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an eCommerce
Knowledge of CRM software (Zendesk, Gorgias etc), eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify etc), PSPs will be a plus
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail, self-managed
Passion for the Retail industry and great service
Love to the Sleeper’s spirit
